The parents of our free-range chickens are village-type birds that grow slowly and are selected for their exceptionally tasty and high-quality meat. The hatched chicks are housed in spacious sheds with windows that provide them with warm daylight.
We do not use any growth promoters and antibiotics. After feathering out, the chickens are moved to enclosed pastures at the spacious rearing farms at the age of 42 days, at the latest. During the day, they can eat the fresh grass leaves of the pastureland, and enjoy roaming in the fresh air. Their raising time is double that of the industrial chickens.
The well-muscled, fibrous meat of our free-range Chickens contains little excess water (16% less than that of the industrial chickens), so it “does not shrink to half of its size” in the oven. Thanks to the long rearing time and the composition of the fodder, when we eat such meat, it has a much higher enjoyment value. Its taste reminds us of the unforgettable flavour of the chickens scratching around in our grandmother’s yard. The poultry are kept under natural conditions, and we pay special attention to the well-being of the birds so that they can move and feed freely on the grassy pastureland.

FREE-RANGE CHICKEN FOR DEEP-FRYING
The production of free-range chicken for deep-frying requires special rearing, keeping, and feeding conditions. It is no surprise that the industrial broiler chickens, produced on a large scale, and with advanced technology, are unsuitable for this purpose. To obtain a product with such a low slaughter weight, special breeds with slow growth are required. The chicken meat for deep-frying is mature enough so that its natural taste, aroma, and crispiness can be enjoyed after frying. Free roaming on the spacious pastures, coupled with natural food, ensure that the chicken meat will have an excellent taste, is sufficiently fibrous, and perfect for deep-frying.
